1994 GMC Sierra transmission question

I have done a carburetor swap and now it won't kick down it shifts through the gears fine but when I gas on it it won't catch passing gear it has a 4l60e transmission

is it a carb or tbi? adjust detent cable.

It's a tbi motor but I put carb on it doesnot have a tv cable it's a 4l60e it has a wiring harness

then that is your problem it should have a tv cable for it there should be one on it or it's the wrong year trans you'll have to see if you can get a trans computer for it to run right or just live with it.
