1994 GMC Sierra Drivers door replacement

I am replacing the drivers side door on my 1994 gmc Sierra k1500 and I'm not sure how to remove the old door so I can install the replacement door. Any and all help will be grateful.

Look on the front of the door for two bolts in each hinge. Support the door on a jack with a piece of carpet, or on wooden blocks. When you put the new door on, you'll need to adjust it up and down and the top and bottom must be adjusted in and out to line up all the body lines.
