i set timing and is correct but having problems accerlating like im in to low of a gear even when idling when i push gas hard its sluggish tacking its giving code 41 which is solenoid valve(VICS) will this cause the problems im having? also its when engine is completely cold like in morning it doesnt do it as bad until it warmes up.. please help
