NOOOOOOOO That is incorrect IMPALASS


Ford Probe GT's come with a 2.5l V6 motor (Probes never came with a 3.0 v6 from factory)

I have one and
the firing order is like this...

Firewall

1 3 5
ENGINE
2 4 6

Front bumper



Then plug the wires into the matching numbers on the distributor cap.

If you use this order ( I have in the past ) it will backfire out of the throttle body and not even start...
