i have a 3.8 mustang{1994} can i use parts off other 3.8 fords i.e radiator

I look up parts on rockauto.com. If the part numbers they provide are different, they also have photos of each part that you can compare. You have to consider manual vs. automatic transmission, with or without AC, location and size of the hose connections, and mounting holes.
