front right brake heats up, drags

Next time it locks up, crawl underneath and open the bleeder screw. If it does not release, replace both front calipers. If it does release, try cracking the steel line open at the master cylinder the next time it locks up. If it releases there, suspect contaminated brake fluid. Proof will be seen as the bladder seal under the reservoir cap will be blown up and mushy.

The brake hose to the caliper may also be bad and "check valving" (letting fluid in, but not letting it back out).
