I went to get an emissions test done but they stopped the test because they said that the rear breaks were not working.So i took it home and lifted the rear of the truck and they are not working at all.So the first thing i did was to bleed the system and i'm getting fluid at the rear wheels so i'm getting pressure at the rear wheels so why are they not working.I also replaced the booster.

Are the rear brakes properly adjusted? Also, even though you are getting fluid, the MC may not be able to apply enough pressure to engage the brakes. Have you checked that?

The rear brakes are adjusted correctly I guess i will pull one of the rear wheels and have someone apply the breaks to see if the rear wheel stops.if it doesn't would that mean the MC is bad?.I didn't mention in my original post that i have abs breaks and that i replaced the rear break sensor also.could it also be the rear break pistons themselves.My break pedal travals pretty far almost to the floor but i.m still able to stop.And i'm not loosing break fluid.

A sensor wouldn't cause this. If the brake pedal nearly goes to the floor, there are no leaks, and the brakes are properly adjusted, it does sound like a problem with the MC.
