New engine, turbo goes into Limp Mode/Overdrive

Hi, have a diesel truck listed above with turbo that i put a new engine, new transmission, new turbo into about 2 years ago. since then, only put bout 3,000 miles on it. After the new build happened it started going into limp mode. Did a bit of trouble shooting and discovered it was an issue in the cluster. Sent it into ClusterFix and when the cluster was returned I reinstalled the repaired unit and it worked great no problems. Now, just 2 years later I'm having the same problem. Goes into limp mode. Sent the cluster back to be repaired or see if the initial service was faulty but no-go. The cluster is fine. I've done a few other troubleshooting things but nothing seems to work. I'm stumped. Any suggestions?
