It depends on which engine you have. It will be shown on the emissions sticker under the hood. Most were bolted to a bracket on the right strut tower. It's held on with two 1/4" bolts. It has one small vacuum hose and one three-wire connector. If you have the new one in your hand to look at, you'll recognize it on the car.
