Disconnect battery ground cable.
Drain cooling system into a suitable container, then remove upper radiator hose.
Remove A/C compressor from mounting brackets and position aside with refrigerant lines attached, if equipped.
Remove alternator.

Water Pump





Disconnect lower radiator hose, bypass hose. Remove four water pump to engine attaching screws and water pump.
Reverse procedure to install.
