The description isn't clear. What do you mean by "I missed getting air in gas rail"? You don't have to bleed anything. That is handled by the fuel pressure regulator and return line.

Also, when you have an engine running problem, please list the engine size, the type of transmission, the mileage, and a complete list of symptoms and what you've checked so far. Things like "doesn't start" and "hard starting" can mean dozens of different things. We don't know if there's a starter system problem and the starter doesn't crank the engine, or if it cranks fine but doesn't run. That's like saying "I'm in pain; why?"

The only thing I can guess from the original post is perhaps fuel pressure is bleeding off. It's a simple matter of connecting a fuel pressure gauge to see what happens one minute, one hour, and one day after stopping the engine.
