serpentine belt keeps slipping off and causing the edge toward fire wall to be cut off, I have replaced the tension pulley but still have this problem. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

pulley or the entire tensioner??? the tensioner is the most common failure as it wears out and cocks thus pushing the belt off

I replaced the entire tensioner

ok, release the belt and spin the other pulleys. the water pump is a common failure for failed bearing in the pump. the power steering pulley, watch for cracks as it is plastic and the harmonic balancer pulley for wobbling
