What to look for or where when I have pulled 2 codes #12 and #42?

The Van stalled out a third times now when we go on a long trip. Around town is fine but if it take a long drive and then on the way bakc it started to loss of power and stalling off the highway.It will start again but ran very rough and stall out when I put in drive. I've check all the fuses and ADS relay at the PDC also the main plug at PCM but found nothing?

How long since a tune-up? The code 12 just means battery voltage has been lost sometime in the last 50 key cycles. Code 42 has to do with asd relay circuits, opened or shorted. You have to test when problem is ongoing. Intermittent issues can be a pain to track.
