The inner requires special tools. This really isn't a do-it-yourselfer job unless you're trying to learn about car repair. Automotive students learn how to replace them on cadavers because we know stuff is going to get damaged resulting in more expensive repairs.

If you still want to pursue this, buy the special socket and band crimping tool, then head off to a salvage yard where you pay your buck and take your own tools. You can practice on one of their cars, then decide if you want to try it on your car. You'll still need an alignment after the repair.
