My headlights (high Beams0 and Low beams all on all the time at the Same Time. I do not have a dimmer switch or it is Broke (Not Sure) there is a switch on the left side ot he dash by the Headlight switch. I believe it is the Highbeams Swith but not sure. It is not working as the Highbeams are on all the time. I have side by side headlights and I am unsure which are the highbeams and How to make one set go out. I was wondering if anyone could give me guidance on this issue. I just got the car and am trying to get it ready for inspection and it wont pass with High beams and Low Beams on all at once? How to fix this issue or Wire to a new toggle switch. to pass inspection? Thanks justin

move your turn signal switch either up or down that is why it's called a multi function switch

yes it is either Broke or it was not made to Switch them? I am trying to get the car ready for inspection to pass and the switch inside the Column Must be broke, so I am trying to make it so I can just pass inspection.

then the switch may have been replaced by one of the cheap Chinese ones that won't do what it is supposed to replace the switch.

ok As in my original question can I put the High beam lights on a HP toggle switch, If so Can you guide me on how to rewire it?

cut wires where marked at base of steering column. run a lead from both wires to a toggle switch. run another lead to other two wires and tie them together when switch is moved light shold go to low beam

Thanks I really appreciate it Should they be a certain Color? Or do I determine the Color by the wires that lead into the FIxture, Or will they be clearly marked at the Base of the Steering Column??? Thanks a Million again. Oh this will still allow them to run thru the Relay Correct???
