Power Window

1994 Astro van : Power window on passenger side will go down but not up. Have replaced both door switches, motor,was also told that their was a relay under dash on passenger side ( i found a small black box with a removable card ) and a relay ( i have changed the relay.The window will still not go up ( right now i have the motor disengage so that i can pull window up and down. Also recently i have put a factory set of fog lights and factory switch on my van but i cannot find the factory plug in the dash that plugs into the switch can you tell me where that might be as well ?
