My son has a 1994 Seville SLS. When the lights are turned on the door locks unlock. When you step on the brake pedal, they lock again. Thoughts?

i'd check the grounds behind the rear seat to see if they are loose and then check the ground going to the battery/body. it may have lost it's ground and seeking it through the door locks.
