dashlights

i was tryng to install a radio in my 94 deville and i cut a couple wires and then realized the all the lights on my dash went out. i check all fuses and some wher blown i started to replace some and on sparked. it didnt blow again but i still dont have lights on the dash and when i out the old radio ack up i dont have power to that now what should i do
