how to replace a water pump belt on a 1994 cadillac deville

i know how to replace the serpentine belt, but there is a second smaller belt to put on the waterpump and i think tensioner on the 4.6 northstar

That is the water pump belt at the trans end of the front bank of cylinders. To replace it, move the spark plug wire harness out of the way, compress the tensioner and release the belt. Then you will need to un-bolt the tensioner, twist the belt at a right angle to pass between the w/p pulley and head. Reverse procedure to install.
