if you are replacing the water pump and the serpentine belt, do you have to remove the motor mounts to replace the belt?

Possibly the upper mount which is simple to do.
Remove or Disconnect
Negative battery cable.
Support engine by the oil pan.
Right engine mount intermediate bracket.
Auxiliary bracket.
Lift or rotate tensioner using J 39914 tension adjuster.
Serpentine drive belt.
Install or Connect
Lift or rotate tensioner using J 39914 tension adjuster.
Serpentine drive belt.
Right engine mount intermediate bracket.
Auxiliary bracket.
Remove floor jack.
Negative battery cable.
Remove or Disconnect
Negative battery cable.
Support engine by the oil pan.
Right engine mount intermediate bracket.
Auxiliary bracket.
Lift or rotate tensioner using J 39914 tension adjuster.
Serpentine drive belt.
Install or Connect
Lift or rotate tensioner using J 39914 tension adjuster.
Serpentine drive belt.
Right engine mount intermediate bracket.
Auxiliary bracket.
Remove floor jack.
Negative battery cable.
