How can I line up my engine with the engine mount for mount replacement?

I have a 1994 Buick Skylark GS with the 3.1L Traverse Engine. I am replacing the 3 Mounts: the upper passenger side Engine Mount, the lower Dogbone one on the same side, and the Transmission Mount on the lower driver side. The front of the car is on ramps, and the engine is supported by a Jack and Stand. I've replaced the upper Engine Mount but am having difficulty in lining up the attachment arm that has bolts going into the Sidewall mounted Engine Mount and the Engine itself. How can I line them up safely? Note-the photo shows a very close looking engine, but my bolts on the engine mount frame side are slightly different. The problem is the same.

All we use is a hydraulic floor jack and a little muscle. Position the jack so the engine lifts in the direction that you need it to.
