1994 Buick Park Avenue blower motor not coming on

I've changed the inside main control panel, the 179 dollar resister and the brain for the vacuum control under the dash. Checked and swapped relays a swell. What else could be my problem. Its not the motor that was checked a swell.

As you are finding out, throwing parts at the problem can be very expensive. You need to diagnose the issue first. Start out by determining whether it's power or ground that is not arriving at the motor and that will determine the path from there.
