I think the wiring in my car must have crossed somehow because the fuse to my a/c, heating,radio,and chime somehow drains my battery, I tried replacing the fuse and the inside lights stayed on and wouldn't shut off, the fuse was only in for about 15-20 minutes and I removed the fuse then tried to start my car but the battery was dead, I had the battery checked by 3 different mechanics and they all said the battery was in good condition. What could be the cause of it ?

If the interior courtesy lights stay on full time, there's a shorted door pin switch. That alone shouldn't be able to drain the battery in 15-20 minutes, though. The four circuits you mentioned should all have their own fuses or different ratings.

Depending on which chime, fixing/replacing the door pin switch should cure those two problems together.

Does the blower motor run all the time?

Does the radio turn on and off by the key?

There is a single fuse in the main fuse/relay box under the hood that is for all accessories. Each accessory should also have its own fuse in the fuse panel under the dash.

The radio doesn't turn on at all but when I push the buttons it beeps

The stereo sounds like the memory lead is intact but the head unit isn't receiving mains power.

What about the blower for the heater/AC?

Do you have or have access to a multimeter?

I don't have access to one but for the heater/ac the weird thing is when I got the car someone had wired it for a switch to turn it on and off, the switch was by the fuses. That was the only way for it to turn on, the buttons just beep

So you have no control over the fan speed? When it works it's either on or off?

Turn everything off. Pull the fuses for the affected circuits and then pull a battery cable. Tap the cable to the post and watch and listen for a spark. If no spark, install one fuse and try again. Keep installing one fuse until you get a spark. That will tell us where to start looking.
