Where is the battery on the 1994 BMW 840ci ?

I want to replace the battery. I have seen the one in the trunk on the driver side, is there another? I have also heard that if there are two then replace at the same time.

I thought there was only one. However, look at the schematic I attached. It refers to the battery as battery 1. It doesn't identify where it is located.
