when the car is hot the abs light will come on and once in a while the brake pedal becomes soft. it also losses some brake fluid but not much

Retrive the trouble code and let me know what it is. To retrieve the trouble code, bridge the SCS and turn ignition switch ON.
Count the blinking of the ABS to get the code.
