scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge could be regulator auto parts rent it. also check for a vacuum leak

Changed out sensors :
Upstream. & downstream O2
Air box temp.
water temp.
fuel pressure reg.
scanned for codes (none)
Changed ecu with used one
dist. cap & rotor & plugs
can of heat in fuel

cat conv. not plugged
Found vacuum leak & fixed

all this and no difference in how engine runs
new timming chain
did compression test all @ 195 0r above

what is fuel pressure? should be 38-44 psi with a jumper wire connected to aldl from b+ to FP with key on engine off. also check for a blocked return line going to fuel tank.
