fault on head lights

Dipped headlights work normally.When I switch to bright mainbeams, the dash indicator (Blue) indicates that the brights are on ,but NO lights at all come on,Bulbs are good(tested),Relay in the fusebox is good(Replaced)
I am a pensioner in South Africa, HEEELP Please
