93 saturn sl2 radiator cooling fan won't engage - new fan motor - new sensor - new realy switch - what else should we look at?

Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?You could have a ground issue to the motor.Does your a/c clutch come on when you turn on the a/c?

Have you checked the 30 amp green maxi fuse in the under hood fuse box for the fan?
