hello i have a 93 grand am that ive had for about 2 years i purchased it with a cracked head and a burned gasket replaced both and the car like a junker it loses compression in 3 cylinders but it still runs and it runs great when its cold started after it warms up however it runs terrible and i tuned it up (new plugs new boot plugs converted to cold air intake no map sensor 4 brand new fuel injectors new exhaust had coils chcked had EFU checked) all to no prevail my car still runs bad i did a compression test and found that 2 cylinders are about 15-20 psi off andone was 8 psi off the other was in the 100's i cannot figure out why i am losing compression if the head bolts were stretched i would have water in the block i would think i dont know if the head was possibly installed wrong or could possibly not be for my engine everyone ive talked to has no idea what the problem is and i cant think of what else could possibly be wrong could you give me any insight into the problem

The head could be cracked or warped.
