1993 Plymouth Laser wont start.

Will it start for a few seconds if you use starting fluid to start it?

when I spray starter fluid it sputters but doesn't turn on

Have you removed the plugs to see if they are good and not wet with gas? Also, is the spark to the plugs a good hot blue snapping spark?

plugs ,wire,distrib/cap rotor,fuel pump and line are new. ichecked if they're wet and there not but has a white blue spark, I checked the fuel rail and I am getting fuel to the injectors. I check injector pulse and they are getting the correct pulse but not opening im stumped and all I smell is the starter fluid no gas (scratching my head) :(

If you are getting power to the injector and no gas in the engine, that leads me to believe the fuel pump pressure is too low (even though it is a new pump, lines...) Also, the idea that it won't start with starting fluid has me concerned. Have you checked compression?

I did check compression 150psi or around there cant remember , fuel pump has very strong between 42 and 46 psi so I know the pressures right if it wont start off starter fluid what could the problem

Either no spark or weak spark.

weak spark sounds about right cause I can see the spark so if distrib/cap plugs and wires are new what else would I have to do to get a better spark?

plus the plugs are still dry ??

yeah I just went out to double check didn't spray anything in it try to turn it over and it sputtered but still no start I think its burning the ether I sprayed last time. I not a mechanic lol but im trying sorry for the rough info

It could be a weak coil, bad crank sensor...

I guess ill change both and get back to you.

I was thinking about your problem. You know, it doesn't make sense to me. If the spark was too weak to ignite the fuel, the plugs should get wet after trying to start it. If the plugs are staying dry, I don't THINK your are getting fuel. Before you purchase anything, crank the vehicle a few times and then remove the plugs (all of them) to see if any are wet. If they are totally dry, they can't be getting fuel. Which leads me back the a pressure issue or injector pulse (power) issue.
