I need to know how to get security light off in my car

I put in a brand new key cylinder, hook it up it started twice now it won't do anything & the security light flashes

try resetting your security system, turn key on for up to 10 minutes undtil the light goes out. then turn switch off an dtry to start car. if it starts, your' good otherwise you may need to see if dealer has anything that old to fix it, like resetting it or disabling the system.
