1993 Nissan Maxima Under the hood

I have a job that requires me to use my car. The problem i am having is everytime i stop then go the car starts to shake but lightly and it turns off and dies on me everytime i turn it on. I was wondering if its the dpark plugs and wires or the furl injecters or what it is
