Car shifts hard from Part to drive, Drive to reverse or Reverse to drive. After that no problems shifting through gears while driving. Also noticed that the speedometer sometimes shows a MPH reading when standing still. Other than that the cars runs good. Thanks

sounds like the shift cable may be failing. i would get it checked at a shop to verify.
