windows on either side, electric, wont raise or lower like they dont have power

You see the power window circuit in the diagram, use a voltage tester, check the circuit for voltage. Goes hot with the key on.
Also, check the wiring harness, hinge side of driver door. Sometimes the wires break into because the door is opened and shut, so much.

In the diagram, the red wire with lite blue tracer is voltage. Black wire is ground.
