When I step on the gas the idle goes down and it loses power

I have a 420 SEL. I changed the spark plugs, wires, both distributor caps, engine wire harness, fuel filter, ignition coil. When I drive it looses power and hesitates. When in park I step on gas it idles down and loses power sometimes cuts off. What do you think the problem is?

have you checked the fuel pressure and are there any codes set? not all codes will set a check light.
