wen i drive it will shift out two times. the third it will sound as if it's going to but never do.

at what speed does it shift the first 2 times?

it sounds like OD is not working. 1-2 2-3 3-4 ,4 being OD.

for what its worth, i've never seen a mazda 626 make it more than 75K on one tranny. And usually the replacement goes about 35K later. What color is the transmission fluid? if it's not red, trade it or put a transmission in it. Sorry for the negative prognosis.
