sounds like coming from cluster.bezez loose.tapped,no change.rattle only occurs when going over rough surface.sometimes when i hit a bad bump.

There are only a few bolts that hold the dash on. So, it does not take much to make one get loose and cause it to rattle.
Take the end vent cap off of the end of the dash and see if the screws are there/tight. If it is not that there are the mounts for the ECU, the glovebox itself, etc. Just look around and grab stuff to see if it is loose and you will eventually find it.
