Check engine light works when key switched on. No trouble code, check engine doesn't light when operating car. Real high idle at cold start, slows down some after running a few minutes, but still too high. Car will run 40 without touching gas. No power to fan when car heats up or when switching on defroster. I do get the everything ok code key on engine off.
