high idle

my 93 ford tempohas a high idle even after i have tried to adjust it

how did you try to adjust it? it's totally computer controlled using the IAC valve located on throttle body. the throttle butterfly itself has a screw to adjust throttle plate so it dont stick closed. it is not meant to try and control idle. so you either have a vacuum leak or a malfunctioning IAC.
