my radio wont turn on it the car at all not even when i turn the key there are no light goin on on the radio either.it is a aftermarket radio and every thing is hooked up right

Did you check the radio fuse? Not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage.

Note the fuses in diagram. The radio fuse goes hot with the key on. This is supposed to be factory wiring, I don't have access to anything else. If your aftermarket radio is wired differently, I don't know to help except to check voltage and ground.
