Horn Relay

Trying to put in a horn relay but having trouble finding it. I was told it was under the dash just right of the steering column, but I do not see it there.Any where else it could be?

hard to tell is this to the right of the steering wheel and pretty far up into the dash?

yes it's to the right of the steering column.
