car turn off after about 60 seconds

i jump started my car today and it started but after taking the cables off the car turn off after about 60 seconds. what is wrong it car has no power steering belt, im not sure if that has anything to deal with this

The power steering belt also drive the alternator.
So the car shuts off after the power in the battery is all used up.
