Hi I changed the bulbs n New flasher one side on dpassenger side was working(breaklights) now just the middle should I change the sockets I notice when I move the ground wire it lit up its get bright please help

Those ground wire terminals just plug into the sockets and often become corroded. Easiest is to just replace the sockets.
