Did you try disconnecting the cooling fan?

Unplug the Fan Control Relay in Power Distribution Center and test if problem occurs.

It is the radiator cooling fans, whihch are electrical. The fuse is for the starter and cooling fans, not the blower motor fans.

Sorry the wiring schematics in our database are not very precise and I got the schematic mixed up with 2.5 L engines.

Did you pull out the AC clutch relay to test?
From schematic, the resistor and blower motors do not seem to be run by this fuse.
Did you try disconnecting the blower motor and test if fuse blows?

Disconnecting the A/C clutch would work only of the clutch is faulty. If it is a short in the wiring between the relay and A/C clutch, removing the relay would stop the the shorting.

If it is the blower fan motor, disconnecting it would stop the shorting too, ie if they are on the same circuit.
