I have a 1993 dodge caravan that the transmission started slipping on. I purchased a 1995 Plymouth voyager
with the identical motor and trans. The motor has a bad head gasket but the trans was is perfect. I hired a guy to swap out the trans and now all the trans has is drive gear only. No matter what gear you put it in it only has forward. Reverse and neutral both are now forward gear. There is no reverse or neutral. All gears are now drive. He is trying to tell me the trans is bad but I know that it is not as I have been driving this vehicle around my 3 acre lot with no problem. Do you have any clue as to what happened?
