My 1993 Chrysler Fifth Avenue electric window is not working properly. It is moving slow or not going up at all sometimes. Is this a problem with the motor. Is it specific for this make and model. Any information would be helpful as to how to repair it.

Trot down to the Chrysler dealer's parts department and get a can of Silicone Spray Lube. Spray that down both of the rubber channels the window rides in. It goes on like water. When it evaporates it will leave a slippery film behind.
