i put in new tranny and truck want shift out of first gear

i can manueally shift from first to second but when i put it in thrid gear it acts as if i had put it in neatrul it has to be a sensor or tcm but not sure if a 93 model has a tcm or a ccm do they if they do were is it in the suburban

is it a new or used replacement??

it sounds like a valve body issue.
do you have warranty on this??

thanks but i got it and it was a cobonation of things the vss was not hooked up right and the ecm was not working right but replaced ecm and plugged up the vss right an now it is shifting out fine
