Hi on my phone 1993 Chevy Silverado I am having a problem with the MPH gauge. It is stuck over80 MPH. When I turn the truck on it is like this and when I shut it off it is like this. It doesn't change. I was thinking it is either the vehicle speed sensor or the cluster is bad. What is your opinion and wher is the vehicle speed sensor located. Thanks.
