i have a 1993 chevy capirce classic 4dr sedan. my brake lights stopped working, but my blinkers still work. can you tell me how to fix this?

Does the highmount brakelite work? If none of the brake lites work, check applicable fuse. If the highmount brake lite works and the lower ones don't, may be a problem with turn/hazzard switch.
