rocker arms

i am working on a 93 camaro with a 3.4 liter motor. i am trying to find out how much ur supposed to tighten the rocker arms. do i tighten all the way or do i go till there is no play and then alittle past?

this is not easy to do with the eng not running.it can be done but you really have to know what your doing or you can damage the cam or lifters.if you look in old repair manuals for a small block chevys it might help you out a little bit,keep in mind some of the lifters are pumped up with oil and some may not be, thats why there so hard to adjust unless there brand new and havent been pumped up with oil.hope i helped a little.
